Mass timber really is on his mind at all times. When he’s not in the field for an installation or collaborating with engineers on the next project, you’ll likely find him partnering with local schools to share experiences and insights to inspire the next generation of construction professionals.

An architect by training and a LEED Accredited Professional, Simon’s leadership strengthens TimberBLDR’s commitment to simplifying mass timber through collaboration and innovation.

Vittorio leads our design and delivery efforts with a rare blend of technical depth and architectural vision. With a Master’s in Architecture and a PhD in Mass Timber Engineering, he brings a global perspective and years of experience guiding prefabricated projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
At TimberBLDR, he ensures our integrated design-build approach delivers on its promise—aligning performance, cost, and constructability from day one.
And yes, we technically have a Doctor of Wood on staff.

Vittorio Salvadori, PhD
Casey Graham
Project Manager
Born and raised in Port Arthur, Texas, Casey brings nearly a decade of boots-on-the-ground experience to TimberBLDR. With a Construction Management degree from the University of Houston, he’s led builds across Texas and Arizona—bringing calm, precision, and follow-through to every project. As a mass timber project manager, he keeps things moving on site and in the field, managing details with a steady hand and a clear eye on the finish line.
When he’s not managing complex builds, Casey is outdoors with his family, perfecting his smoked brisket, or chasing adrenaline on his sport bike. (Fun fact: he’s a former boxer—so punch lists don’t stand a chance.)
