TimberBLDR is proud to announce the addition of Simon Siegert as Director of Operations, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues expanding its impact across North America’s mass timber market.
With over two decades of experience in architecture, design, and mass timber manufacturing, Simon brings a unique blend of technical expertise and industry insight. Most recently, he served as Business Development and Technical Sales Lead for Binderholz Mass Timber, where he played a key role in advancing the use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and other innovative building systems across North America.
Prior to Binderholz, Simon held senior project management roles at Smartlam North America and International Beams, where he led design consulting, construction planning, and manufacturing coordination for large-scale timber projects. Earlier in his career, Simon worked as a project manager and studio director in architecture, giving him a deep understanding of how design, manufacturing, and construction come together to create efficient and beautiful mass timber structures.

Simon joins TimberBLDR’s growing leadership team alongside Trent Debth and Vittorio Salvadori, further strengthening the company’s capacity to deliver fully integrated design-build solutions for mass timber projects nationwide.
As TimberBLDR continues to expand its partnerships and explore opportunities in global markets, Simon’s international background and deep industry network will play a key role in connecting the company’s North American expertise with advanced timber ecosystems. His appointment underscores TimberBLDR’s commitment to bridging global best practices and advancing sustainable construction worldwide.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has been a frequent speaker and participant in technical seminars advancing tall wood and mass timber construction standards.
